I made a refundable reservation through Hotels.com for Argo Studios, scheduled for June 2–4, 2025 (itinerary number 73023326808625). After booking, I canceled the reservation within the allowed period, fully expecting my refund—but nothing was returned.

Despite the promise of a "free cancellation and refund" policy, I haven’t received a single cent back. Even worse, Hotels.com has made it nearly impossible to reach a real person. There’s no working customer support number, and after finally finding an email address, I sent a detailed message—but never got a reply.

This is extremely disappointing for a company that claims to offer peace of mind with refundable bookings. I trusted their system and followed all procedures correctly. Now I’m left chasing my own money with no help.

Hotels.com, you need to process my refund immediately and improve your support channels. Stop ignoring your customers and start honoring your refund guarantees.
