Hotels.com Sold Out My Paid Room – No Refund for Canceled Booking

I booked a Deluxe Room for 2 people for 3 nights (March 8-11) at Beşiktaş Barbarossa Residence through Hotels.com (Reservation No: 72061640269954). To confirm my stay, I called the hotel, only to be told that the room I had already paid for was unavailable.
I strongly suspect that the hotel deliberately overbooked to charge higher rates to other guests. This is completely unethical, and I refuse to accept such treatment. I attempted to cancel my reservation and request a refund, but Hotels.com shows a refund amount of 0₺, meaning I am being denied my money back for a room that was never available to me.
I demand an immediate refund and a resolution to this unacceptable situation. Hotels.com must take action against deceptive booking practices and ensure that customers are protected from such scams.
