Hotels.com No Refunds for Failed Reservation
I made a reservation from Hotels.com with the travel number 72613797472454 for the dates 22.07.23-23.07.23, but the hotel told me that it did not appear, they told me to cancel and they said I could pay from the hotel and stay, I paid the hotel by wire transfer. He said that the payment could not be made for the hotel. I explained that I had paid twice. I demanded my money back, but they still did not refund and there is no Turkish representative. Do not book from hotels.com, they just cheat people.
