Hotels.com Refused My Hotel Reservation and Did Not Refund Me
On August 22/23, I made a reservation for a standard room at Ali's Beach Hotel through Hotels.com and paid 4500₺ with my credit card. However, when I arrived, the hotel management claimed they had no agreement with the website and refused to honor my booking. While the hotel stated they do not work with Hotels.com, the Hotels.com customer service team said the hotel was not answering their calls. After this unfair situation, I contacted Hotels.com multiple times and eventually received an email from their U.S. headquarters stating that a refund had been initiated. Despite this, no refund has been processed to date, and my issue remains unresolved. My reservation number is 72065494343967, and I demand that the amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
