Hotels.com Booking Issue - Paid for City View Room, Given Garden View




From July 13, 2024, to July 15, 2024, I paid for a standard city view room through Hotels.com, and my booking was confirmed by the hotel. However, upon arrival, I was given a room overlooking the back garden. When I expressed my complaint to Mr. Mutlu, he told me that other guests were occupying the room and there was nothing he could do.
In short, they do not provide the room you paid for and saw in the images. Attached are the receipt for the standard room I paid for, the product image from the Hotels.com site, and the view from the room I stayed in.
