Hotels.com Did Not Refund Me After the Hotel Canceled My Stay

I booked a room at Mithat Hotel in Ankara using Hotels.com for July 30, 2025. The hotel told me that they couldn't give me a room when I got there. Because of this, I had to cancel the reservation right away. I thought that getting my money back would be quick and easy because of the scenario, however Hotels.com has not yet returned the money they charged me. I did everything I was supposed to do and waited patiently, but there has been no movement or clear communication. It's really disappointing to have this kind of problem with a platform that claims to be a dependable booking service. I didn't think this would happen to me, especially since I followed all the rules.
