Hotels.com App Selected the Wrong Date and Still Won’t Refund My Canceled Booking

I booked a hotel through Hotels.com using their mobile app, but the app automatically selected the wrong date during the reservation process. I noticed the mistake immediately and canceled the booking right away. I then made a new reservation with the correct date. However, Hotels.com still hasn’t refunded the amount for the canceled reservation.
The booking number for the incorrect reservation is 72062836552147. This issue was caused by a flaw in their app interface—not by me. I acted responsibly by canceling instantly and rebooking properly, yet I’m being penalized financially for something that wasn’t my fault.
This is unacceptable. I want the full ₺ refund issued immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will submit a formal complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Hotels.com must take responsibility for technical errors in their platform and stop ignoring genuine customer issues.
