Hotels.com Won't Let Me Cancel My Wrong Date Booking

I am absolutely outraged with Hotels.com! I accidentally booked a hotel for the wrong date, and now I can't reach anyone to cancel it. There's no email address or phone number for Hotels.com Turkey – it's impossible to get a hold of a human being! All they offer is a pathetic, multiple-choice virtual "live chat" that simply doesn't work. It's a completely useless system designed to prevent customers from getting help.

My reservation number is 72063639362586, and the payment for the incorrect date of June 28, 2025, has already been charged to my card. I desperately need to cancel this and make a new reservation for the correct date. To make matters worse, I booked as a guest without logging in, so I can't even see or manage my reservation online. I'm completely locked out and out of my money.
