I reserved a hotel room for one night on the Greek island of Lesbos on July 17, 2023, for July 22-23. Because it was a non-refundable reservation, the charge was made to my credit card. This morning, the hotel texted me through hotels.com that they didn't have a room available and that I should cancel my reservation. I explained that I had made a non-refundable reservation and that it would be more appropriate for the hotel to cancel this. But they told me I had to. When I want to cancel with the virtual consultant, I go to the last section and select the "Yes, cancel" option, but nothing happens. I want my reservation canceled and the money deducted from my credit card refunded. My reservation number is 72609911337269 on Hotels.com. As a customer, I am victimized by the fact that there is no written live operator or phone number I can call for assistance. I want this situation resolved as soon as possible and to be kept informed.
