My Hacked Free Fire Account Still Has Not Been Restored After Months

I am writing to report that my Free Fire game account with ID 1757907280 was hacked and completely taken over together with the Facebook account linked to it. Because of this, I can no longer access either my original Facebook account or my Free Fire account.

Previously, I only logged in to Free Fire through my Facebook account, and that Facebook account was the sole login method connected to this Free Fire ID. Hackers first gained control of my Facebook account and changed the information and account bindings there. After that, they also changed the login details and binding connected to my Free Fire account.

As a result, I completely lost access to both accounts. This issue has been ongoing for approximately six to seven months, and despite my efforts, I still have not been able to recover my account.

I contacted support previously and was informed that the account might be recoverable if I could provide all required details. However, because the hackers changed the linked Facebook account information and binding details, I no longer remember or control the original phone number or Gmail account connected to it. This has made it impossible for me to complete the normal verification process, even though I am the true and original owner of the account.

On Free Fire account ID 1757907280, I spent approximately ৳30,000 to ৳40,000 on diamonds, top-ups, and various in-game purchases over time. Losing access to this account means that all of my money, progress, and effort are currently lost, which has been extremely upsetting and stressful for me.

At this moment, the only clear information I still have is the Free Fire ID number 1757907280 and an old screenshot of the account. I cannot log into the game using this ID, I cannot access the linked Facebook account, and I have no technical way to recover either account by myself.

I kindly request that the Free Fire account with ID 1757907280 and its connection to the old Facebook profile be manually investigated. I ask that the account history, ownership records, and login activity be carefully reviewed so that my hacked account can be recovered and returned to my control.

I am fully prepared to provide old screenshots, approximate account creation details, in-game information, and any other evidence necessary to prove that I am the original owner. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me regain access to this account and restore access to the purchases and progress connected to it.
