Charged for a Canceled Stay on Hostelworld at Amsterdam's Dom Hotel

On February 8, 2023, after arriving in Amsterdam from Venice, I checked into Dom Hotel, which I had booked through Hostelworld. However, due to my luggage being misplaced and sent to Brussels, I needed to leave Amsterdam and book a hotel in Brussels for February 9-10 via the same app.
I informed the Dom Hotel staff that I wouldn’t stay for two nights and explained the situation in detail. Despite this, they insisted on charging me for both nights. I left the hotel and canceled the reservation through Hostelworld, yet my credit card was still charged for one night.
I request a refund for the unjustified charge and the deposit I paid through Hostelworld. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action in both national and international courts. Immediate action is needed to rectify this matter.
