Hornet Wrongly Flags Photos As Nudity On Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

About six months ago, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and since then I’ve been experiencing a major issue with the Hornet app (downloaded via Google Play). Whenever I try to share the same photo, the results are inconsistent. If I pay for a Boost and post the photo, it is approved by moderators with no problems and no violations detected. But when I share the exact same photo for free, it repeatedly gets flagged with a “nudity violation” warning—even though the photo is completely appropriate.
I’ve reported this issue to Hornet support multiple times by email, but I have never received any response or resolution. I’ve been a loyal paying user for two years, maintaining a Premium subscription and even subscribing to Hornet X Premium, along with purchasing 15–20 boosts. Despite all of this, my problem has been ignored, and no effort has been made to resolve my complaint or ensure customer satisfaction.
I urgently request that my device (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) be reinstated for proper use within the app, that my account restrictions be lifted, and that my grievance be addressed. I should not be penalized with false nudity flags while also paying for Premium features. This issue occurred in Mersin/Akdeniz, and I expect Hornet to take immediate corrective action.
