Hornet Wrongfully Suspended My Account and Phone Without Any Valid Reason

Hornet has suspended both my account and phone number without any justification, and I’m absolutely fed up. Over the past month, I’ve had to switch devices multiple times, and now, suddenly, I’m blocked with no explanation. What exactly am I being accused of? There was no investigation, no warning, and certainly no clear reason given.
I’ve never shared anything that violates the platform’s rules—nothing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate. Yet I’ve been treated like I’ve done something wrong. That’s not just unfair—it’s completely unacceptable.
Hornet, this needs to stop. You cannot go around suspending users arbitrarily without first conducting a proper review. I’m not asking—I’m demanding that you immediately lift the suspension on both my account and phone number.
If you believe I violated a rule, show me the evidence. Otherwise, reinstate my access and stop punishing users without due process. I expect this to be resolved now.
