Hornet Account Suspended Since January 2022 With No Explanation Or Support

Since early January 2022, my device has been suspended on the Hornet Android app, and I have been completely unable to access my account. I was never given any warning, notification, or explanation for this suspension.
To try and fix the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, and I also contacted the Hornet support team via email. However, all I received were automated responses with no real solution. This has left me stuck without any way to recover my account.
My registered email address is y*****@gmail.com**, and my account does not have any Premium subscriptions or payments linked to it. I am requesting that the device ban be lifted and that I be given access to my account again. Additionally, I expect a clear explanation for why this suspension occurred and a permanent solution to prevent it from happening again.
