Hoover HBCV000013RBTB Dryer Shrinks Clothes

I have been using a Hoover HBCV000013RBTB dryer in Izmir, Turkey, and for the last two months I have been experiencing a serious problem with it. During the drying process, the machine shrinks my clothes, which causes damage to my laundry and makes me afraid to use the product. Because of this problem, I contacted Hoover customer service. They told me that there is only one authorized service in Izmir and informed me that they would charge a ₺500 service fee, even though the product is under warranty, and that this fee would only not be charged if the fault was found to be from the product. I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay a service fee for a product that is still within the warranty period and is clearly not working as expected. I request that my Hoover HBCV000013RBTB dryer be checked free of charge under warranty, that the cause of the shrinking problem be clearly identified, and if necessary, the product be replaced. I am not asking for a refund; my only expectation is that the product I purchased will function properly without damaging my clothes and that this process will be handled without any extra cost to me.
