Hoover H3WS 495TA4-S Faulty Washing Machine, Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Hoover H3WS 495TA4-S washing machine three months ago. Recently, the washing machine stopped working. I called Hoover customer service and they sent a technician to my home. The technician diagnosed the problem as a sock that had become stuck in the machine.
However, Hoover refused to repair the washing machine under warranty. Hoover customer service claimed that the problem was caused by user error. When I asked them how they could determine that the problem was caused by user error, they admitted that they did not have enough information to make that determination.
As a result, I had to pay ₺1600 to have the washing machine repaired. I am very disappointed with Hoover's customer service. I expected a company with Hoover's reputation to stand behind its products and to provide better customer service. I am requesting that Hoover refund the ₺1600 that I paid to have the washing machine repaired.
