Hoover Bottom Filter Collects Water & Fan Not Working – No Clear Support

Brand: Hoover Product: DRY 500 10KG Heat Pump Dryer Complaint: The bottom filter of the machine constantly accumulates water and remains damp. Additionally, the fan located next to the bottom filter does not seem to be working at all. I could not get a clear answer from either customer service or the authorized service regarding the function of this fan. It might be designed to dry the filter, and if it's not working, this could cause mold or long-term damage to the device. When I contacted customer service, they simply read from a manual and stated that “water accumulation is normal.” In my opinion, this is quite unusual and could lead to hygiene and functionality issues. When I asked about the fan, they said “we cannot provide an answer, we don’t know what it does” and advised me to call the service center. I then contacted Akay Teknik (the authorized service), and they told me: “If the machine is drying clothes, don’t worry about it.” I find this response completely unacceptable. Without a proper inspection, dismissing a potential malfunction with “don’t worry” shows a serious lack of service quality. I also contacted the brand via Twitter, but I received no response there either. I am currently left without support and concerned that my appliance might suffer damage. My Request: I urgently request that a qualified technical team inspects the machine and provides a clear explanation about the function of the fan and whether the persistent dampness in the bottom filter is actually normal. I believe this situation could lead to serious issues in the future if not addressed promptly.
