Google Play Unauthorized PHP 1,398 Charge from HONG KONG VCREATION
On September 28, 2025, my GCash account was charged 2 times PHP 699 (Total PHP 1,398) by HONG KONG VCREATION without my authorization. I never subscribed or linked my GCash to Google Play for this merchant. I reported to GCash immediately Ticket #222577176. On Oct 1, 2026, GCash replied that my account was unlinked but the transaction is considered "valid" because it was linked, and the funds were already collected by the merchant. GCash said they cannot reverse it and told me to contact the merchant directly for refund. This is unfair because I did not authorize the linking. There was no OTP or consent. GCash just said it's valid and passed responsibility to Google Play / VCREATION. I already unlinked GCash from Google Play and secured my account. I am requesting immediate refund of PHP 1,398 and investigation how my GCash was linked without authorization. I have attached screenshots of GCash transactions and GCash response..
