Unauthorized Charge by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD

On September 10, 2026 at around 08:02 PM, an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account by “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” as shown in the attached transaction screenshot. I did not knowingly purchase any product or service from this merchant and I do not recognize this transaction. I request that this transaction be investigated and that the full amount of 699 be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible. I also request that no further unauthorized charges from this merchant be allowed on my account. I am sharing this complaint so that the issue can be checked promptly and my money can be returned to me.
