Complaint On Unauthorized Quxin Deduction

I am writing regarding an unauthorized deduction of 250 pesos from my Maya e‑wallet account. On September 9, 2026 at around 10:37 p.m., my account was charged 250.00 PHP for a transaction shown in my Maya app as a completed payment to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited.” I did not authorize or initiate this transaction, and I do not know this company or have any relationship, subscription, or purchase agreement with them. No one else is allowed to use my phone or my Maya account, so this charge is clearly not made by me. I request that this transaction be investigated as unauthorized, that the amount of 250 pesos be fully refunded to my Maya wallet, and that any related future charges be blocked. I also ask to be informed how this could happen and what measures will be taken to secure my account and prevent similar incidents.
