I am filing a complaint against Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited regarding unauthorized charges made to my PayMaya e‑wallet account, which I am using in the Philippines. I never subscribed to any of their products or services and I did not provide them with my personal details such as email address, bank account, or e‑wallet number. Despite this, my PayMaya account has been billed without my knowledge or consent. Upon checking my transaction history after I noticed the issue on May 28, 2026, I discovered several charges from Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited. On January 29, 2026, I was charged 1 peso, and on January 31, 2026, I was charged 250 pesos. I was then charged 250 pesos again on February 28, 2026, and another 250 pesos on June 1, 2026. These deductions were made without any authorization or clear information about what I was supposedly paying for. I have already contacted PayMaya to report these unauthorized transactions, but up to now I have not received any update or concrete resolution from them. I am very concerned that my e‑wallet is being billed repeatedly by a company with which I have no relationship or agreement. I respectfully request a full refund of all unauthorized charges made by Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited to my PayMaya account and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been created in my name without my consent. I also ask for a clear explanation of how my account was charged and confirmation that this will not happen again in the future.
