Unauthorized Quxin Charge; Refund And Cancellation Request

I was charged PHP250 without my permission by Hongkong QuXin Technology Limited on August 12, 2026 at 1:58 AM. The charge appears as a completed transaction through the Maya payment system and is connected to Taichi tutorials that I had accessed via Facebook. I did not knowingly start any paid subscription, did not approve any recurring payments and was not clearly informed that I would be charged. After seeing the PHP250 deduction, I tried to reach the company and the relevant platforms but I have not been able to contact anyone or receive any explanation. I request that this unauthorized charge of PHP250 be fully refunded to my account, that any Taichi-related subscription or automatic payment linked to my details be immediately cancelled, and that any future charges from Hongkong QuXin Technology Limited be blocked. I would like this issue to be investigated and a clear written confirmation provided once these steps have been completed.
