On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Belgrade Airport in Serbia, I purchased a 3-day Europe eSIM package for Serbia through Holafly and paid $20.90. However, after this purchase, I did not receive any QR code.
When I contacted them through the app to report that I had not received the QR code, they told me that I needed to make another payment and that they would refund the first payment afterward. On the same day, again at Belgrade Airport, an additional €18.05 was charged to my credit card.
Despite this, the refund for my initial payment has still not been processed after three days. Even though I provided them with clear proof of both transactions, including reference numbers visible on my credit card statement, they told me that they could not issue a refund and did not resolve my issue.
I am still in Belgrade, and during this process, I have been charged twice and left without internet access.
I request an immediate refund of both the initial $20.90 payment and the unjustified €18.05 second charge. I also request that my eSIM service be activated and made available for uninterrupted use as originally promised.
