I Got Charged $64.90 by Holafly Without Consent and Can’t Reach a Real Representative

On June 2025, I purchased a 1-month eSIM from Holafly for my international trip. I used the service without any problems, and it expired as expected when I returned home. However, on July 13, 2025, at around 10:02 PM, I noticed a charge of $64.90 (around ₺2,700) was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission. I never made another purchase after the first one.
I immediately contacted Holafly and provided full documentation from my bank showing that this charge came from their company. Despite sending these documents, I received only generic, copy-pasted email replies from automated assistants. They keep denying any purchase occurred, but I have proof that the payment was made to their account.
There is no record of an active product or service linked to this charge. I suspect my card details may have been stored or used without my authorization—possibly by someone within the company. I demand a full refund of this unauthorized charge and request to speak with a real Holafly representative, not an automated system. This situation is a clear violation of consumer rights, and I expect a prompt resolution.
