We rented a car from Hertz at Orly Airport, France, and returned it on time as required on August 3, 2024. However, as of December 31, 2024, my €1350 deposit still hasn’t been refunded.
I contacted Hertz multiple times via email, and they responded only once or twice, blaming the bank and claiming they had already released the funds. We even sent bank statements proving that no refund was received, yet that wasn’t enough. Out of desperation, we sent friends to Hertz Orly in person, but they were ignored.
I also reached out to Hertz Turkey, hoping for help, but they were just as unresponsive. Hertz is not a trustworthy company in my eyes anymore. Return my deposit immediately!
