Carwiz Sabiha Gökçen Keeps Charging Me Monthly—Deposit Not Refunded

I rented a car from Carwiz near Sabiha Gökçen Airport online from France, with a deposit included. It has now been two months, and my deposit has not been refunded. Instead, they have been charging my card every month without my consent!

I rented the car in August for 22 days, along with full insurance coverage. When I returned the vehicle, there were no reported issues, and I was assured that everything was fine. Yet, not only has my deposit not been returned, but they continue to withdraw money from my account every month without informing me!

Carwiz, this is unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund of my deposit and an explanation for these unauthorized charges. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the issue further. Stop charging me without permission!
