Requested Herbalife Refund Before Products Arrived

On September 25, 2025, I became a Herbalife member and placed an order totaling $842 under order number 6k11457976. I made the payment using my friend’s credit card. However, since I decided to cancel my membership and return the products, I called customer service on September 26, 2025, to submit a cancellation request and sent the required form. I requested the return before the products were delivered to me.

Customer service informed me that my return process had been initiated, but I have not received any clear information regarding the next steps. I want the refund to be issued to my own IBAN, not to the card used for payment. I request that my membership be fully deleted and that the amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
