The order was supposed to be delivered to my address in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, but even after about 15 days, I still have not received my products. Despite submitting multiple requests and trying to reach customer support, I did not receive any response.
This was my first time using this website, and I am very disappointed with the experience. If this process continues to be delayed, I am considering taking legal action. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my payment be refunded.
