I Did Not Receive a Refund from Yemek Sepeti After Returning a Cold Order

I initially wanted to cancel the order I placed through Yemek Sepeti, but the platform did not allow it. The product arrived late and completely ice cold, so I refused to accept it and sent it back. I even contacted customer service right away to explain the situation, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. Despite this, Yemek Sepeti refuses to acknowledge its mistake and has not refunded my money. It’s unacceptable for a company of this size to ignore basic customer rights. They repeatedly treat users this way and cause ongoing frustration. I will take the necessary legal action.
