I am experiencing a deposit issue with my PhonePe wallet. On February 15, 2026, I attempted to add ₹1000 to my PhonePe wallet using my Kotak Mahindra Bank account.
Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, it has not been credited to my PhonePe wallet. The transaction has been pending for about 20 days.
This situation is causing significant inconvenience because my money is currently stuck, and I am unable to use it through PhonePe.
So far, I have not received any clarification or resolution regarding this transaction.
I request that this transaction be investigated urgently, and that my ₹1000 either be credited to my PhonePe wallet immediately or refunded back to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without any further delay.
