Trendyol Refused to Refund Holly Lolly Pants
On February 8th, I made a purchase from Trendyol for a pair of Holly Lolly pants. The delivery code for my order is 8138831675. The package was sent out by Trendyol Express courier to the address in Istanbul. Unfortunately, Hapiness Istanbul has not yet returned the product to me. I've reached out to Trendyol multiple times, but unfortunately, they have not been responsive in resolving my issue regarding the product return and refund. At long last, Holly Lolly received the item. As a final option, I reached out to Holly Lolly, only to find out that they also hadn't heard back from Trendyol. I can't believe Trendyol has been holding onto my ₺1,200 for a whole 1.5 months without giving me a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous! Trendyol is being dishonest and exploiting our trust. I want a refund! If need be, I'll escalate this issue to the Consumer Rights Court!
