Carrefour Has Failed to Deliver Order for My Philips Vacuum Cleaner

I placed an online order with Carrefour SA (order number 158570264) for a Philips XC7043/01 Speed Pro Max Cordless Vacuum, which was handed over to Hepsijet on May 14, 2024, with the tracking code CAR5103****13 for delivery. According to the Hepsijet app, on May 16, 2024, at 8:49 AM, my package was marked as "recipient refused." Additionally, I received a message stating the package was out for delivery at 8:32 AM on the same day. By 8:49 AM, Hepsijet sent another message stating, "your delivery could not be completed, the return process to the seller will begin."
Firstly, the claim that "recipient refused" is completely false. The courier company is incorrectly stating that the order was canceled by the recipient. Therefore, I request that this package be delivered to me as originally planned. If the package is not delivered, please be aware that I will pursue all legal rights for both the false claim and any financial or emotional damages incurred.
I urge Carrefour SA to respect consumer rights and promptly resolve this issue.

Here's the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "From this morning until now, I have talked to you several times, but you haven't given a concrete answer. It's always stalling, finding excuses, and giving evasive responses."

Despite having some initial difficulties, Carrefour did everything it needed to do regarding the issue. I now have the product in my possession, and I would like to thank the company representatives who strive for customer satisfaction, especially Mr. Enes.
