UPS Undelivered Shipments and Communication Problems
On September 16, I took time off work and waited at home all day to receive my shipment with tracking number 1ZA7X3326878533463, which was marked as out for delivery. However, although the courier never came, I received an SMS stating, “Delivery attempt made, recipient not at address.” On September 17, I called customer service and explained that I had been home all day, that I was neither called nor visited, and I specifically mentioned that I would not be at home that day. Despite this, an hour later, the courier called and said he had my package. I called customer service again and requested delivery after 7 p.m., but it was not delivered. On September 18, I again took time off and stayed home, yet this time it was claimed that a delivery attempt was made at 08:38 a.m. and that I was not at home. Afterwards, I was told that a return process had been initiated for my product and that it would be sent back to the sender. The shipment contains a fragile television worth ₺30,000, and my product is still with UPS and has not been sent out for delivery. I have faced similar issues before, and I cannot understand how such a large company can operate with such negligence. Despite multiple calls with customer service, no solution has been offered, and I have been left aggrieved. I demand that my product be delivered to my address in Istanbul, Kartal, today or by tomorrow at the latest. This process has disrupted my out-of-town plans and caused me serious inconvenience, and I urgently request the necessary action be taken.
