The parcel was supposed to be delivered on November 13, yet I still have no information about its whereabouts. Despite repeatedly trying to contact your team, I have not received any helpful or positive response. The delivery has not been completed within the promised timeframe, and no clear update or explanation has been provided. This level of service is unacceptable. I am requesting that my parcel be delivered without further delay and that the status of my shipment be urgently reviewed. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to consider taking strict action through the appropriate consumer complaint channels. Please treat this matter as a priority and provide a prompt and clear response.
