Hepsijet Delivery Delay Issue

I have an issue with Hepsiburada that I need to address. I placed an order on March 7, 2024, and it was passed on to Hepsijet, their delivery partner, on March 8, 2024. It's already March 14, 2024, and I'm still waiting for my delivery that was supposed to arrive on March 12, 2024. Can you believe it? It's been 7 whole days and it's still stuck in transit! Even after trying multiple times, I haven't made any progress towards finding a solution. I'm really disappointed as a consumer. I've had it with both Hepsiburada and Hepsijet; this experience is something I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy. Can we just talk about the complete lack of customer service? Has anyone else experienced the Hepsijet ordeal? Heaven forbid.
