Bought Helly Hansen HP Racing Jacket, Inner Fabric Completely Damaged
About one year ago, I purchased a Helly Hansen HP Racing Jacket from Trendyol – Alpinist Outdoor. Recently, the inner lining of the jacket has begun to deteriorate and tear apart significantly. This issue affects the entire interior section, especially the lining, making the jacket almost completely unusable after only a short period of normal use.
When I contacted the store where I purchased it, they said the issue was due to user error and refused to assist. However, the product failed to deliver the expected Helly Hansen quality, and the jacket has now completely lost its functionality.
The product did not come with a warranty certificate, but I chose this brand because I trusted its reputation for durability and quality. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience.
I am requesting a refund for the defective product and ask that my issue be resolved promptly.
