I purchased a Helly Hansen jacket in September last year and used it for a short time during the winter. This year, when I wanted to use it again, I noticed that the interior lining had started to deteriorate and flake. For a premium product like this, such damage in just one year is unacceptable. A jacket at this price point should be durable and last much longer without issues. I’m extremely disappointed and expect Helly Hansen to provide a solution to restore my confidence in the brand.
