Helly Hansen Shoe Exchange and Refund Delayed for Over 20 Days
I purchased a pair of Helly Hansen shoes but needed to exchange them for a different size. When I went to the store, they didn’t have the size in stock and promised to order it for me. Days passed with no updates, so I returned to the store, only to find out they hadn’t even processed my request. On top of that, my original pair was missing.
The sales representative offered a refund, and I agreed, but it has now been over 20 days, and I still haven’t received my money. When I followed up, the store manager said there was an issue with refunds this month and promised to resolve it within a week. Not only did they fail to call me back, but they also ignored my calls.
I even asked to exchange the refund for another pair of shoes just to end this ordeal, but they refused. This level of mismanagement and poor service is unacceptable. Helly Hansen has lost me as a customer. I demand an immediate resolution and my refund without further delay.
