I purchased a pair of Helly Hansen outdoor shoes, expecting high quality from such a reputable brand, but I’ve been deeply disappointed. After just six months of use—primarily indoors and while driving—the condition of the shoes is shocking. The rubber-like material on the back has started peeling and discoloring, and the issue seems to be worsening over time.

This level of deterioration is something I wouldn’t expect even from budget shoes, let alone a product from one of the most well-known brands in the outdoor footwear industry. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor durability. I demand immediate assistance and a resolution, as this falls far short of the quality promised by Helly Hansen.
