I own a 2023 Peugeot 2008 GT, which is still under warranty, but for the past 4–5 days I have been experiencing a serious issue. The vehicle suddenly stopped recognizing the key. When I manually unlock and start the car, it recognizes the key for a while. However, after I leave the vehicle and return later, the car fails to detect the key again.
There is no authorized Peugeot service center in Niğde, the city where I live. Because of this, I contacted authorized Peugeot service centers in Adana and Hatay, but they informed me that the earliest appointment available is two weeks from now.
Since this issue is occurring while my vehicle is still under warranty, I would like to express that the service support has been extremely inadequate, and I am experiencing significant inconvenience as a result.
I request that the key detection problem with my vehicle be resolved as soon as possible, that the necessary inspections be carried out under warranty, that my situation be addressed promptly, and that the service process be accelerated so I can receive proper assistance without further delay.
