I am using an SBI Bank account linked to PhonePe with my mobile number 87902364**. On February 13, 2026, my PhonePe account, along with the SBI bank link associated with this number, was suddenly blocked or frozen.
Since that time, I have not been able to use PhonePe for any payments or money transfers. I can still receive OTP messages on this number, but the PhonePe app continues to show that my account is blocked or frozen, and I cannot access or use my SBI account through the app.
No clear reason has been provided for this restriction, and it is causing me serious difficulty in making digital payments.
I request that my PhonePe account and the SBI bank account linked to mobile number 8790236475 be urgently unblocked, and that my UPI services be fully restored. If there is any specific reason for this block, I also request that it be clearly explained to me so I can resolve the issue and continue using the service without interruption.
