Helly Hansen Jacket’s Inner Lining Deteriorating After Minimal Use

I purchased a Helly Hansen jacket, trusting its premium quality and reputation, and wore it only 6–7 times with great care. Despite this, the white polyester and polyamide lining inside has started to deteriorate, shedding white dust and residue everywhere. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product, especially one I expected to last for years.

This season was my first time wearing the jacket, and the issue became immediately noticeable. Previously, I owned a Helly Hansen jacket bought in Oslo, and it lasted for years without any problems. I am shocked by the poor quality of this product and request immediate support to resolve the issue. Such a defect is unacceptable from a brand like Helly Hansen.
