Helly Hansen Jacket Fabric Bubbled After Few Uses – Poor Quality

I purchased a Helly Hansen jacket in April and have only worn it 7-8 times. Despite this, the fabric developed bubbles and raised spots. I took it to the store, where they sent it for inspection. After a month, the jacket was returned with a claim that the damage was caused by washing it in hot water. This is entirely untrue—I washed it only once, on a delicate cycle at 30°C. I also own another Helly Hansen jacket purchased abroad, which I’ve worn for two years and washed at least six times under similar conditions without any issues. The fabric on this jacket clearly differs in quality. If you’re considering buying Helly Hansen products, I strongly recommend purchasing from abroad, as the items sold locally do not meet the same quality standards. This jacket does not justify its price, and I demand a proper resolution for this defective product.
