Hello Yo Login Error - Account Locked, No Support Response

I’ve been dealing with some major account and login issues with Hello Yo since January 12, 2026. That day, I found myself unable to log into my account, even though my username and password were spot on and hadn’t changed at all. The app just kept throwing out these vague error messages that didn’t explain anything at all. I’ve reset my password a bunch of times, reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and even tried logging in from a different device, but nothing seems to work. Ever since, I haven't been able to access my account at all. It's really frustrating that customer support hasn't replied to any of my emails since January 12. All my chats, contacts, and the time I've put into this app are now stuck behind some random login failure that makes no sense. I’d like to ask for a review of my account, and I hope to get access restored quickly. If that’s not possible, I’d appreciate a clear explanation for why I can’t log in. Thanks!
