My Hellotalk Account and Device Blocked Without Reason
I’ve been using the Hellotalk app for nearly a year without violating any community guidelines. However, on January 22, 2024, I suddenly found myself blocked from sending or receiving messages. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I have always followed the rules. I expected the Hellotalk team to focus on addressing inappropriate users who have harassed me, rather than penalizing my account. The situation became worse when I discovered that my entire device has been blocked, not just my account. This level of restriction feels unfair and excessive. I am requesting Hellotalk to look into this issue immediately, lift the device block, and apply appropriate measures to those who actually disrupt the platform.
