ChatGPT Support Repeats the Same Unhelpful Steps for My Billing Mix-Up

I want to share the membership and payment issue I've been having with the ChatGPT service. I make my paid membership payment through Google Pay using the address i********@gmail.com, but the email address registered on ChatGPT shows as i*************@gmail.com. Because of this, I'm unable to properly complete any steps related to membership cancellation or account management.
For about 3 hours, I tried every step related to membership cancellation and account settings through the mobile app. I can't find any button for cancelling my membership, I can't change the email address, and similar account settings steps don't work properly either. When I contacted customer support, I kept being given the same steps repeatedly; even after completing all of these steps in full, the problem wasn't resolved.
I am requesting that the paid membership I have through Google Pay, tied to my i********@gmail.com account, be cancelled, and that all payments linked to this membership be stopped. I'm also requesting that this email and membership mix-up on my ChatGPT account be clearly explained and permanently resolved.
