Stradivarius Order Shows "Shipped" for Days With No Tracking Number

My order with Stradivarius, number 5046*****77, has shown as "shipped" in the system since June 23, 2026, but no tracking number has been shared for it yet. For my order, which is heading to my address in central Kütahya, I can't see either shipping information or a clear delivery date.
Despite writing to customer service, I haven't received any clear information about when the product will be delivered. It doesn't need to arrive by any particular deadline, but honestly, this uncertainty is making me suspect the product might never arrive at all.
I am requesting a clear explanation regarding the status of my order, that the tracking number be provided to me, and, if possible, that a definite delivery date be shared.
