Yoho App Blocked My Redmi 14C Device and Account Without Any Reason

I’ve been unable to log into the Yoho app on my Redmi 14C device for about a year. Both my account and my device appear to be banned, and because of this, I can’t log in from any device. During this process, I contacted Yoho’s customer support, and they said they would help, but I never received any follow-up or solution.
I’ve spent nearly ₺50,000 on the app and invested a lot of time and effort into building my account. Having both my account and device blocked like this feels deeply unfair. I’m not asking for a refund — I just want access to my account restored so I can regain the results of my hard work.
I kindly request assistance in reactivating my account and resolving this issue of unjust restriction.
