Can’t Log Into YoHo App — Keeps Showing Error Message

The YoHo app won’t let me log in, and it keeps showing an error message. I have no issues with any other apps, only this one. I’ve never been banned, nor have I ever used offensive or inappropriate language.

I actually downloaded YoHo about two years ago, used it briefly, then deleted it. When I tried logging in again recently, it just wouldn’t work at all. I don’t understand why this is happening, and I’m asking for help to fix this problem.
