I Cannot Send Messages on HelloTalk With My Account

For the past 4 days, I have been experiencing issues with messaging all users on the HelloTalk app, as none of my messages are being delivered. To resolve the problem, I deleted and reinstalled the app and also checked my internet connection, but nothing changed. My account is registered under the username “Im_melek68” and I am using a Redmi Note 9 device. I contacted customer service, but the responses I received did not solve the issue. I request that my messaging problem be urgently fixed, my account be thoroughly reviewed, and my grievance be compensated.
